Day 3

This morning I woke up feeling great. Big improvement from yesterday. I started my cleanse around 9 this morning. I drank the tea and again had a very hard time getting it down. I made it through 6 drinks today and felt good all day! I stopped drinking at 6:30. I think I had a few very minor headaches but again nothing bad enough to really phase me. The smell of food was SO strong today and I wanted everything I saw! I went into Maverick and could point out everything I smelled. I swear I could smell all the candy through the wrappers, hot dogs in the warmer, chips through their bags, fresh baked breads, EVERYTHING!! Stay away from food as best as you can. I went to the gym around 7 and worked out for an hour and a half. My energy level for the gym was no different and I felt fine. Although when I left I was dying! I was STARVING!!!!! My stomach was turning for food. I literally would have killed to have a plate of spaghetti. I don't know why I was craving that but I still I'm dying for some. I think if you are going to work out it's probably best during the day when you can still drink more lemonade afterwards. I came home about an hour ago now, made my tea (the chocolate kind) and I'm going to hit the sack to resist my cravings. Side note: I didn't think the chocolate tea was that much better then the original one. And technically I don't know if it's allowed cuz it's not "organic". It left an after taste of burnt popcorn in my mouth. Didn't enjoy that.
Also if you happen to do the diet really stay close to a bathroom. I know I've said it but I mean it! I went to my cousins to do her hair today and halfway through my kidneys and stomach had the worst twisting uncomfortable feeling. I really think it was making me sweat trying to get through doing her hair until I could leave. I know that's probably too much but I just want people to really know what to expect.
Last note: I hear if you make it through your cravings and you don't give in then you will feel ten times better the next morning. I'll let you know if this is true. Cross your fingers for me cuz I'm ready to throw in the towell! Hopefully I get used to the lemonade soon and my cravings start to fade. I've also heard if you can make it through the ten days that going even longer isn't hard at all. I hope so. I wanted to do 3 weeks but now I'm saying at least 2.
